• When a Client  lost her new job offer with the NHS because of a incorrect reference, we advised that action was possible.  Empower Services handled the case and a £4,000 out of court settlement was agreed to the 100% satisfaction of the Client. 

• When a Client  was made redundant  after 16 Years loyal service  to the company for years and an excellent  worker and chosen for redundancy above others.  He was offered £1,000 to drop his claim for unfair     dismissal. Empower Services handled the case and the Company  was forced  to pay £28,500 to settle.

• When a Client  was being hassled for a £7,000 Debt, he was threatened with charging his property , a Warrant of Execution,Bailiffs and even  bankruptcy.Plus he received over 100 phone calls and a number of letters from  Solicitors. Empower Services handled the case and   the Company dropped the case plus the Client received £500 for their costs.

• When a Clients Child was maltreated at their school despite his outstanding talents and abilities, His Mother was even  threatened with Social Services and the removal of the child. The Mother was shocked, confused and in tears and at a complete loss.  Empower Services handled the case and within weeks the    Head Teacher decided to take early retirement.

• When a Client was facing the threat of the sack for their alleged misconduct at work .  Empower Services handled the case and negotiated a voluntary severance package with a good reference to the 100% satisfaction of the Client.

• Empower Services took one of the UK 6 top Energy Companies to Court for harassment. The company spent £33,627 trying to defend the case. They lost and had to pay £2,500 damages.   

​Members of Empower Services joined forces with one of the most successful educational charities in the country to set up a community led free school in one of the areas affected by the Riots of 2011. The aim of the school is to ensure that children of all academic abilities succeed. It will the only school in the country with the declared ambition that every pupil on leaving the school will be able to run their own e-business. The Secretary of State for Education stated publicly that he supported  our plans and the new local secondary school in North Croydon opened in September 2014. It  now has well over 500 pupils including  a 6th Form College which opened in   September 2018.  OFSTED, found the school to be OUTSTANDING in every single category following its full inspection in November 2016.
